- Can I customise your pre-existing invitations?
Yes! All our designs are able to be changed according to your specifications. We can change the ribbon, card colour, designer paper, buckles, the shape of the card and more. We also create custom invitations from scratch according to your needs! If you have seen an invitation on our site (or anywhere else for that matter) and would like to change or even remove parts of it, please contact us and we can give you a quote on the new design.
- Can I design my own invitation and have Lava Stationery make it for me?
Yes! You can pick and choose products from our web site (or point to other invitations that have inspired you) and most likely we will be able to make it for you. Please contact us for a quote.
- Can I make the invitations myself?
We have DIY kits available for most of our invitations. Please see our DIY kits to see which ones you can make. Once you place your order, we will send out the supplies to you with instructions on how to make and assemble the invitations. Our DIY kits do not contain paper trimmers/cutters, adhesives and punches. If the invitations you want to make require these items, they will need to be purchased separately. The quantity of these items depend on the number of invitations you wish to make.
- The invitations are listed as being "In Stock." Does this mean they are available straight away?
- Our invitations show "In Stock" to enable adding them to your shopping cart. All our invitations need to be made from scratch, therefore time is needed to cut, print and assemble. If you need your invitations urgently or would like to enquire on the timeframe of a certain invite, please contact us before placing your order.
- What happens after I place an order for my invitations?
- Once you place your order, we will send out a confirmation email and also send you a template which will need to be filled out. This template will contain information about the wedding, such as wording format, ceremony and reception details, as well as guest list names and addresses. Once this list has been filled out satisfactorily, we shall commence production of the invitations.
- Is there a minimum purchase for invitations?
- Not at all. You may purchase even one invitation as a sample.
